Designing Bodies Adds New Class

Designing Bodies, a one-on-one professional fitness training center, is adding a Pilates and Semi-Private Weight Training class beginning July 15th. The class is limited to five participants on a first-come basis, and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 2 p.m.

The Pilates component of the class will focus on abdominal training, while the weight training aspect will focus on correct training principles and techniques.

This is a great introduction to fitness and a wonderful addition to anyone's current fitness routine.
