Newly opened Elite Body personal training studio is ready to put its services to the test. Anyone coming in between now and December 31st for a free initial consultation will be entered to win an Elite Body Manhattan Makeover. Winners will start the New Year with 12 weeks of free intensive training, massage, nutritional counseling and meal delivery. At the end of the three-month reshaping, they'll visit runway and celebrity stylist Antonio Prieto for a new haircut to show off newly exposed cheekbones.

Elite Body was founded on a philosophy of strengthening the body from the core outward. Trainers have extensive backgrounds in anatomy and kinesiology; workouts include a variety of active and isometric exercises, as well as weights and trainer-assisted stretches.

The free initial consultation includes a thorough physical fitness evaluation. You will be asked to perform a number of physical movements designed to engage different muscular systems and expose any imbalances. The Elite Body trainer takes notes throughout, forming the basis of a customized fitness program.
