Mama Spa is proud to have one of NYC’s leading Nutritionists, Alycia Lee, MS, CDN on staff. Ms. Lee will be performing one-hour nutritional consultations via telephone (or in her office for those who care to travel) to guide mom to into a healthier lifestyle & eating habits. Mama Spa offers treatments for dad – including stress relief massages & general prenatal massage instruction. They also have a Spa Party Service that creates affordable spa-themed baby showers/gatherings in the home. Come 2004, Mama Spa will also be offering baby-sitting service – to tend to the little ones while tending to mom. Prenatal Yoga and Pilates are also planned as an in-home service.
