Her second step in her "All about you." plan is her Mascara Club. Here clients no longer have to worry about remembering to discard their mascara after 3 months due to harmful bacteria growth. Janna's clients pay for 3 mascaras on the spot, receive a 4th free and at 3-month intervals, Janna ships out the mascaras, one at a time.

"I have tons more to add to make my clients feel as special as they are." promises Janna. "I am here for my clients. This next year (2004) is all about you, the client."

Janna has already successfully launched her popular Janna's Birthday Club in which clients whom have placed an order anytime in the four months preceding their birthday will receive a special birthday gift from Janna.
