Summer Workshop

$30/person, class size is limited
These workshops have been specifically designed to address the unique needs of runners and cyclists. You will learn how to use time-honored yogic practices to:
- Increase VO2 Max
- Improve recovery time and decrease the risk of injury
- Utilize powerful, efficient breathing techniques
- Increase flexibility in hamstrings, glutes, quads, IT band, hips and lower back
- Learn to work with common ailments like sciatica, knee and lower back pain, fallen arches, stiff hip flexors, shin splints, etc.
- Improve concentration, stamina and mental toughness
